Yes! All Sugarwave drinks are 100% alcohol-free and can be enjoyed by anyone at any age.

At this time, Sugarwave offers a curated menu of signature rinks designed to look great, taste delicious, and keep service flowing smoothly. Custom menus may be available in the future but are not currently offered at this time.

Absolutely! Sugarwave is available for birthdays, graduations, weddings, school functions, corporate events, and more. Check out our Private Events page for more information.

Travel within 10 miles of our home location is included. Events beyond that radius may require a travel fee.

A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is invoiced 14 days before your event and must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event.

Retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are not eligible for refunds due to preparation and supply costs.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the event date and are subject to availability. Your retain may be applied to a new date one time within 90 days, provided Sugarwave is available. Reschedule requests made within 7 days of of the event are considered cancellations due to preparation and supply costs.

In case of severe weather or unforeseen family emergencies, reschedule requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
